Below you'll find our return policy. Please read carefully prior to purchase or prior to starting a return.
NO REFUNDS!
Exchange or store credit only.
No exchanges or store credit on Preorders, Deal of the Day or Sale items. They are all FINAL SALE!
For exchange or store credit, return the unused item within 14 days in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or return for store credit, please contact us at orders@ivyandemberboutique.com. We'll guide you with further instructions.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Buyer must pay return shipping costs. Slight variation in color and pattern from appearance on electronic screens is not a defect.
Once we receive the item we will contact you via email in regards to your store credit or if you have emailed about an exchange.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send us a message with a photo of the concern and your order number. If you do not contact us within 3 days of receiving the item we can only assume the damage is from wear.
My item is missing
If your order arrives and you are missing an item, please check your email to be sure we haven't sent you an email stating an item was flawed or out of stock.
